April 2012   First Solar, Inc. announced that the Antelope Valley Solar Ranch One project received the first advance of a loan guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office. Greengate advised on this $646 million loan guarantee.

February 2012   Project Amp distributed solar generation received the Renewable Energy World 2011 Finance Innovation of the Year award. Greengate advised on the U.S. Department of Energy's loan guarantee to this project.
